The article reconstructs interactive modes and representations that emerge in the treatment of eating disorders in a day-care center. Through four clinical stories, the authors exemplify a complex model in order to interpret interactive and narrative styles, trying to articulate at the same time the relational significance of the symptom within the family system, the meaning in terms of personal constructs and Personality organization that is predominantly related to it.
