Education and training are commonly analyzed in terms of teaching techniques or formal processes that should enable the transfer of knowledge from teacher to students. Any ministerial reform increasingly focuses on these aspects, assuming the training content and the relationship between trainer and student, as well as the "human preparation" of teachers. In this essay I intend to highlight how the key element of any training project is the relationship between trainer and learners, identify what are the essential characteristics because the training is successful and produces a real improvement of the capacity and skills of students, which are the qualities essential to a trainer - first of all a human and relational point of view - and point the way that, by virtue of my professional experience, I consider it more desirable to change and improve all educational processes at all levels.
