The paper outlines future scenarios for the study of addictions in the light of the new digital methods of social research (e-methods). In particular, it describes an exploratory e-research conducted with the Delphi methodology among professionals involved in the field of addictions in three different Italian territories: Calabria, Basilicata and Trentino. The focus is on the reshaping of the public agencies that deal with addiction treatment through the use of web tools available today.
