When the crisis consists in the tightening of social injustices that, fought in the past, we stop fighting, the economic emergency is transformed into democratic emergency. The attack on the European welfare state began with an attack to twentieth-century labour law, since it is the most qualified product of a policy that contends with economics the government of society. The labour law culture should take its share of responsibility, wonder about its roots and rediscover that constitutional reformism is not dead.
