This article focuses on the potential offered by the PGIS tool in the field of participatory planning, through the “Needle Scampia” case study. The goal of the project -funded by MIBACT under the “Creative Living Lab” call for proposals- was the regeneration of an area within the working-class neighborhood of Scampia, a northern suburb of Naples.
