Through the clinical case of a 13-year-old adolescent, the author reflects on the impact of lockdown on the patient’s psychism. She considers the changes that lockdown has generated and the improvised loss of the daily rites that accompany individual, family and social life. Considering the consequences and the phenomena generated by the increase of life on line, neurosciences point out, among others, the phenomenon of dislocation. The author associates the patient’s difficulties in giving continuity to the on-line sessions to some characteristics of his functioning on a sensorial level. This is a patient with autistic features who presents diffi-culties in sensory coordination. Concepts such as Meltzer (1975) or Tustin (1972; 1990) (dismantling, autistic sensory forms) clarify certain aspects of the sensory functioning and psychic organization of severe patients. Having read some unconscious productions of the patient as a transference displacement allowed to face the critical moment determined by the lockdown and the beginning of adolescence.
Keywords: everyday rituals, dislocation, autism and sensoriality, dismantling, autistic sensory forms, displacement of transference.
