The reflection of Bruno Trentin is an important area of discussion. The contribution he has left consists of rather heterogeneous material, and is a territory in which it is possible to concentrate on a comparison between different disciplines. For this reason the paper starts from some of his writings and from arguments developed recently by authors who have recrossed the intellectual and political aspects. Its objective is to trace a possible synthesis of qualitative connotations and crucial aspects of employment, following precisely the "perspective of Bruno Trentin". This was performed on the basis of a four elements-guide in the reinterpretation of materials: work culture, work quality, the project and the process. The final part of the essay is dedicated to the identification of some possible avenues of research that could help trace the reflection of Trentin, repositioning it in the recent changes in work.
