The article examines the living conditions of the elderly in the areas of Biella and the mountain communities of Cervo and Elvo, aiming to understand the factors that influence their well-being and autonomy. Through a descriptive survey on a large sample of the over-65 population, aspects such as health perception, daily habits, service utilization, and housing conditions are analyzed. The results provide insights for designing targeted interventions to improve the quality of life of the elderly, contributing to the development of more effective social and health policies.
