Il presente elaborato è stato scritto sulla base della “National Institute of Health and Clinical Excellence (NICE) Guideline on Treatment and Management of Psychosis and Schizophrenia in Adults” (edizione del 2014, aggiornata fino al 2020 nel formato online), della quale rappresenta una fedele sintesi delle parti dedicate al ruolo della psicoterapia nel trattamento delle psicosi e della schizofrenia, con particolare riferimento alla psicoterapia cognitivo-comportamentale.
