The paper presents the right to two-parenting of children in the context of in-terventions aimed at taking charge of complex marital fractures, aggravated by the emotional lacerations of the social pandemic. The case study on the restitution interview in the neutral space in a specialized service in Sardinia, shows the integra-tion of interdisciplinary practices as a long-term social investment for the well-being of children who have been adultized by parental conflict.
