The work proposes a quantitative evaluation of the data emerged from the analysis of fifty-five notary acts from the documents of the "Tabulario" of San Nicolò l’Arena and Santa Maria di Licodia monasteries in Catania as they merged into the Catalog. The elements relating to the year, month and place of production of the acts have been identified and elaborated, as well as the legal form and name of those involved in the legal action. In addition to the essay, there are two privileges of the 15th century: the first, signed and endorsed by Queen Bianca, is a concession of fish from Paternò river; the second is an enfiteutic concession by Guglielmo Raimondo Moncada for a private citizen.
Keywords: statistics, serial history, monasteries, tabularium, Paternò, Catania
