The essay aims at investigating main issues on the exercise of the right to strike during the pandemic crisis. First, the article tackles limits and possibilities for the rights to strike to play a role in the protection of the health and safety of employees. Then, the concept of essential ser-vice is faced, in relationship to government regulations. Finally, an analysis of the role of the Authority on the right to strike is underlined.
