The authors describe the conduction of two groups for adoptive parents. The clinical experience takes place as part of the mentoring phase for adoptive fami-lies offered by a supranational équipe for adoptions of Regione Piemonte. Two groups are described: the first one relating to the first year after the inclusion of the children within the new family; the second one relating to the teenage (13-18 years old). The authors report some specific themes in the construction of the adoptive bond, which find debate, incentive, support and care within the group process.
