This paper assesses the differences, in Italy, of pre-seismic theoreticaldisciplinaryapproaches and urban planning-planner approaches, of the emergencyapproaches (temporary urban planning), and the social-economic and territorialprocesses in the post-earthquake period. The paper in particular assesses theplanning and programming knowledge currently acquired. The conclusionsdescribe the disciplinary positions, procedures and the fundamental pointsgenerally shared for each approach.
