In present professional context, young people need to put together technical knowledge - understood by academic learning - with competence of relationship, self-governance, drive and responsibility. What does educational institution have to teach this? Who is able to coach to mobilize these resources, that concern human being? The paper argues how desire of thinking over, looking completely, deciding are connectable to theoretical thinking and prove the convenience to glean from philosophy’s training. It is necessary to enter once again in the always-open debate on philosophy’s epistemological statute and discuss both philosophy and her relationship with other sciences. The essay finally proposes a research on philosophical teaching: the goal is to examine which resources the theoretical thinking gives to future educator.
