Change management process is fundamental for any organization. Actually people and organizations naturally resist changing. It is necessary to protect our solutions and traditions. Because people have fear to loose what they are. In this field anthropological studies on organizational culture are quite effective to understand changing process in cultures. Recently neurosciences studies on behavior added new issues in order to allow researchers to measure people’s attitudes toward change. In this article we report about an experiment in neurometrical measurement trough electroencephalogram in 150 sales people during a convention. We decided to activate change through a rational dimension, an emotional dimension and a physical-body dimension. The result that we could measure by electroencephalogram was extraordinary.
Keywords: Neurosciences and management, change management; organisational culture, neurosciences and anthropology, neurometrics.
