This paper aims to provide a reflection on the legal issues relating to the protection of workers against violence and harassment in the workplace as part of the Spanish constitutional system. Analyzing the existing security techniques and their degree of effectiveness, even considering European legal system, the paper sets up new scenarios of protection and areas for possible intervention of the lawmaker.
