How to decline gender issues in productive contexts: a research on health and safety of female workers in Tuscany Region. The article aims to analyze the influence of gender differences on health and safety risks evaluation and on the identification of prevention measures at work by focusing on the results emerging from a research realized in Tuscany. The conclusions provide useful recommendations to support the adoption of a mainstreaming approach that on the one hand guarantees equal opportunities and on the other hand incentivizes a valorization of differences.
