The meaning of the notions of "sexuality" and "romantic love" is not obvious: "sexuality" and "romantic love", as we know them nowadays, have been invented during the XIX and XX centuries, and are related to each other. Starting from this provoking statement, the authress describes the historical stages of the intimacy’s transformations in relation with psychotherapy and bioenergetic analysis. The exposition of the theme is supplied by two clinical cases.
