Can "antimafia" democratic policies stimulate a legalistic cycle of public commitment, that expresses partecipative governance processes to contrast criminal powers? This article focuses on some innovative forms of management of confiscated properties, belonging to "Libera Terra" project in southern Italy - region characterized by historical mafia presence - which are probably good practices to enable local development processes through cooperative autoentrepreneurship model.
