The paper presents the preliminary results of a psychotherapic process research based on two instruments of the Boston Process of Change Study Group (D. Stern 2003; the Boston CPSG 1988, 2005): 1) the study of the relational moves in the session and during the psychotherapic process as a sloppy one, co-constructed al the micro-exchange level of the relationship between the patient and the analyst; 2) the microanalytic interview (breakfast interview, revised and adapted to the patient/therapist interview (D. Stern 1989, 2003). The procedures of this researched are here illustrated and inquired. They are now being manualized. Some samples of research materials follow.
