Informazioni sugli e-book

This book follows the theoretical approach of the Economics of Financial Intermediaries scientific sector, which sees the financial system as a complex infrastructure made up of intermediaries and financial markets, financial instruments, and a system of rules. The sustainable financial system sees these components move in compliance with the principles of sustainability, expressed in the three areas summarized by the acronym ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance). In this way, sustainable financial intermediaries operate in compliance with and in favor of the environment, and the rights of stakeholders and according to good governance and organization practices.
Sustainable financial instruments allow money to be moved by pursuing ESG objectives, and regulation requires compliance with the principles of sustainability in financial intermediation, in the structure of the instruments, and in the information documents.
