The article introduces the theme of energy/planning integration variously considered in the last half century, but remained substantially unresolved. Theoretical processing has found a completeness since the 1980s-90s, but the application encounters difficulties to stabilize. However, some perspectives emerge from the papers that follow, enhanced by the experi-mentation lines that propose. A comforting situation is presented that can be developed in the post-pandemic ecological transition.
