The essay analyses the most recent innovations in the so-called bilateral system between em-ployers’ organizations and trade unions of the craft and small business sector. It provides an overview of the national-national collective bargaining in the sector, the activity of the bilateral solidarity fund for the craft sector as well as that of all funds, both national and territorial, col-lective health contracts.
