In this article, the authors will illustrate how getting closer to the Jorge García Badaracco’s Multifamily Psychoanalysis has enriched their way of understanding the treatment for the Mental Health. It will be described in detail how the experience of a Group co-conduction in the light of the new approach allowed the operators to manage a critical moment lived in the organizational framework of reference. The red wire will be the concept of living the other in all the "educational" contexts.
