This article deals with the relationship between safety and work, focusing on the circularity between discourses, actions, and organizational processes. For this purpose the authors refer to the concept of organizational field, analyzing the historical evolution of this regulatory framework, the individual and collective actors that take part in this field influencing each other, and the organizational cultures of safety that are emerging.
