Maria Alessandra Stefanelli
is a Full Professor of Economic Law at the Department of Sociology and Business Law, University of Bologna, and teaches at the School of Economics and Management, University of Bologna. She is the Director of the Centre of Studies of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, Department of Sociology and Business Law, University of Bologna, and is also a Member of PhD programme in European Law at the University of Bologna. She has published several articles and studies in Academic Journals and is the author of several books on banking supervision, public services, and small and medium enterprises.
