The present work studied the commitment of young people considering it start-ing from these goals. The aim of the study was to identify different profiles of young people who are committed (or not) to sustainable development, using the decision trees algorithms. Among the variables investigated Social Identification is the one that most differentiates those who are committed and not, although doing, or having done, social action is a determining fac-tor in the commitment of young people.
