Physical and digital settings in clinical organization development ap-proach. Pandemic is actualizing the issue of "setting" in the generality of helping relationship practices. But, as in psychoanalysis and psychotherapy, the setting had long been at the center of the debate among researchers and practitioner of different schools, however in non-therapeutic field, no specific attention had been paid to the setting construct. Now, with the need to change and adapt ac-tions and behaviors according to the possibility of working in presence or remotely, the issue deserves to be deepened, not only for the well-known constraints, but also for the new opportunities of reflection and experimentation.
